Founders' Day 2025

Sandra Llanas, NECPTA training chair and mentor, for earning the Texas PTA Extended Service Award for her dedication to supporting our NEISD community.

Sandra is one of three individuals honored by NEISD Council of PTAs at the 2025 Founders' Day Celebration at LEE High School. 

The Extended Service award is given to people who have continued to give outstanding service to our children and the community after receiving the Texas PTA Honorary Life Membership Award.

Jennifer Taylor, NECPTA 2nd VP, mentor and acting Clothes Closet Chair, for earning the Texas PTA Extended Service Award for her dedication to supporting our NEISD community.

Jennifer is one of three individuals honored by NEISD Council of PTAs at the 2025 Founders' Day Celebration at LEE High School.

Sara Patterson, NECPTA secretary and mentor, for earning the National PTA Life Achievement Award for her continued dedication to the students and families of NEISD.

Sara is one of three individuals honored by NEISD Council of PTAs at the 2025 Founders' Day Celebration. 

The National PTA Life Achievement Award is the highest honor from National PTA and is given to those who have given outstanding service to children- someone who has promoted children’s well-being by serving as an advocate in such areas as education, health, safety, and legislation.
