“The greatest gift you can give a child, is your time.”

Volunteering in our local schools provides our students with adult role models, an enriched learning environment, and bridges the gap between home and school. NEISD has been able to provide top notch quality education because of the countless hours our parent volunteers have contributed to the local schools. Join us today and make a difference!

If you would like to volunteer at a school in your area get DPS Cleared

Apply for DPS Clearance through North East ISD. Must be cleared by the Department of Public Safety prior to volunteering at the local school.

Additional forms are available on the NEISD website.

Logging Volunteer Hours - due June 30 (date Brooke pulls records for the previous year's service. i.e. June 30, 2021 records will be pulled for volunteer service for 2020-2021 school year)

The District has migrated over to a new version of the Raptor System. As part of this migration the v-volunteer.com website will no longer be valid for recording volunteer hours not done directly at the school. Raptor has made a new portal for volunteers to record hours. To set up an account to record volunteer hours please click the following link:

https://apps.raptortech.com/Volunteer/Login/MzUxMjpWb2x1bnRlZXI6ZW4tVVM=

Once you have clicked on the link, click Forgot Password and enter your email address associated with your v-volunteer account. This will allow you to set up your portal account.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact Brooke Pate, the NEISD Volunteer Resource Manager.

Use a Volunteer Scheduling Software

As volunteer coordinator at your school, reach out to more parents by using a free volunteer scheduling software, such as signup.com or jooners.com. Signup.com allows volunteers to see which shifts are full and which are desperately light as well as to receive reminders regarding their shift.
